Process Overview

This fully automated line provides efficient packaging from feed to finished output. Aluminum or steel wire coils are first compacted to optimize space utilization before core removal. An integrated tilting system then facilitates uniform wrapping application. The motorized functions are synchronized through a programmable interface for consistent operation.

Operational Details
