Copper Coil Wrapping Automation

This fully automatic wrapping machine is designed for efficient packaging of copper coils. Powered by an electric motor, the machine incorporates integrated functions to streamline the wrapping process. Coils are loaded automatically and gripped firmly as the rotation system applies the wrapping material evenly around the coil. Stretch film or paper materials can be used depending on protection and transportation requirements. Once wrapped, the completed coil undergoes an automated strapping procedure to secure the wrap. A programmable logic controller allows for easy setup and material changes. Finished coils are then conveyed to downstream processes such as labeling, stacking or palletizing. The reliable design and sequential operation of the loading, wrapping, strapping and outfeed systems maximize throughput. Custom specifications can be accommodated to meet specific production needs.
