The use of an inverter also allows for smooth speed transitions, guarding against abrupt starts and stops that could harm the machine or the mould. Our design incorporates a worm speed reducer, ensuring steady and controlled performance.

Safety is a priority in our design philosophy. We’ve incorporated electric and mechanical displacement restrictors to guarantee safe operation at all times. Moreover, a position locking system allows the machine to be stopped at any point during operation without risking damage or disruption.

The machine is built on a sturdy and durable structure, designed to withstand the rigors of heavy industrial use. We adhere to CE standards for machine covering and power connections, ensuring compliance with best safety practices.

A notable feature of our mould upender is the specially designed working table, capable of handling a die mould size of 2500x2500mm with a weight of 35T.
