Key Features
1. Dust Elimination
Our machine is capable of removing paper fibers, dust, powder, and printing particles. Prior to printing, it eliminates paper fibers, dust, and powder, enhancing the surface quality of the paper for printing. This leads to improved print quality and reduces about 80% of the waste generated during the printing process. Post-printing, it can remove spray powder to expedite ink drying and prevent issues such as sticking and soiling. By minimizing the entry of paper dust and other impurities into the printing machine, it extends the printer’s lifespan.
2. Paper Separation
The machine uses a combination of vibrations and airflow to separate the paper, reducing the stickiness between sheets and improving production efficiency by minimizing machine stoppages.
3. Paper Grouping
Our machine employs tray vibrations and a high-pressure blower to neatly arrange a full stack of paper in one go, eliminating the need for manual coding.
4. Paper Flipping
The machine flips the paper stack to facilitate double-sided printing, significantly increasing work efficiency. It spares workers from the hefty physical labor of manually flipping paper stacks, creating a more conducive working environment.
5. Efficiency and Ease of Use
Our machine completes the paper stack flipping, dust removal, and paper assembly processes in an average of just three minutes without manual intervention.
Operational Process:
1. A hydraulic cart pushes the paper stack into the finishing machine.
2. The machine automatically compresses the paper stack, flips it to the top, rotates it 180 degrees, and tilts the stack.
3. The finishing machine’s blower and vibration buttons are activated to dust the stack (removing paper fibers, confetti, and dust), separate the stack, and align the paper using vibration.
4. Once the paper is aligned, the stack is flipped back over and placed on the ground.
5. The machine opens the upper and lower platens, and the paper stack is removed using the hydraulic cart.
