Our Coil Upender, also known as Coil Tilter, is primarily designed for the metallurgical industry, providing an efficient solution for the reversal of objects. It’s extensively applied in module ends, coil flipping, module suspension, and roller hang operations. This machine replaces the manual handling and repositioning of coils, including steel coils and aluminum coils.

The upender machine is customizable, accommodating customer-specific requirements for upending steel coils. The design of the driving system can also be tailored according to different load capacities. The gear motor serves as the power drive, ensuring a consistent and efficient operational performance.

For safety, we’ve designed the system to keep the operator at a safe distance from the coil turning position. The machine features a mechanical structure reinforced with bands and specially treated in the turning body, ensuring durability and longevity.

2. The machine offers support for tilt with a robust, four-roll device.
3. Speed control is enabled through an inverter.
4. Safe operation is ensured with two displacement limiters and limited sensors.
5. The machine can maintain its position at any angle, even in the absence of power.
6. Emergency stop and position lock functions are incorporated to prevent undesired rotation.
7. The workbench can be customized for each product.
8. Upgraded gear box design results in lower noise and reduced wear.

Controls:

1. Choose between a control box or remote control for manual operation.
2. Inverters are available to adjust the speed as required.
3. A remote controller provides convenient control over the machine’s operations.
